Escada holds major show in Korea
Escada held yet another show-performance. On August 17th the women's fashion label from Germany staged a major show in Seoul, South Korea, supported by German auto maker BMW.
"Over 180 guests from the world of fashion, high society and the media attended the event, held at the auto maker's headquarters in the Chungdam district in Seoul," Escada has stated in a press release.
It was the opportunity for Creative Director Daniel Wingate to present the Autumn/Winter 2016-17 collection. The collection's style is sports luxury, the secret of Escada's success since it was founded in 1978, featuring simple, comfortable looks in cashmere and silk, with a bright, primary colours palette including blue, red and yellow.
Escada's main objective was to let Korean consumers discover the brand, intending to expand further on this lucrative market, where it began operating only recently.
