High Ridge Brands Co. (High Ridge) has appointed former Estee Lauder and Avon exec Patricia Lopez as its new CEO.

High Ridge Brands Co.

Lopez comes most recently from a Senior VP and General Manager for North America role with Estee Lauder and Aerin Beauty Products. She oversaw $1 billion dollars of revenue stemming from both the Estee Lauder brand as well as the Aerin fragrance and beauty line.

For three years prior to Estee Lauder, Lopez served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Avon. Before Avon, she had a twenty-five-year career in marketing and brand management with P&G. Her last P&G role was as a VP and GM for Eastern Europe. There, she managed brands including Pantene, Gilette, and Head & Shoulders in a $3.6 billion dollar market.

High Ridge is host to a portfolio of heritage personal care brands including Zest, Alberto VO5, White Rain, Binaca, LA Looks and Rave. It operates an asset-light business by outsourcing manufacturing and licensing products.

High Ridge holds licenses for brands including Star Wars, Batman, Spiderman, Hello Kitty, and Transformers. It has 150 employees and is owned by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

Lopez said she looks forward to breathing new life into the heritage brands. She said her new role will be a "wonderful opportunity to bring pride, relevance and new energy to the Company's products."

Lopez's appointment is effective July 6. She succeeds outgoing CEO Jim Daniels who is leaving the company to explore other opportunities.
