Jewelry brand Alison Lou this month opened its first-ever retail location in New York City at 20 E 69th Street in New York City.

The new store, which is designed by Juan Pablo Molyneux and constructed by architect Sam Trimble, carries the brand’s full product offering including the Emoticore Collection of emoji-inspired necklaces and rings and the Game Night Collection made in collaboration with Hasbro.

The Game Night collection recently launched and is comprised of jewelry inspired by games Monopoly and Twister and the Mr. Potato Head toy.

Creative Director Alison Chemla launched Alison Lou in 2012 after stints at Finn and House of Waris. Chemla, a graduate from Bard College, became increasingly fascinated with emojis and their use in communication, which ultimately led to her vision for Alison Lou. Alison Lou offers innovative classic jewelry that easily translates in the digital world.

Alison Lou jewelry is available in over 10 countries and online at The Webster, Ron Herman, Twist, Maxfield, Four Seasons, and Net-a-Porter among others.
