Wills worked at Saks Fifth Avenue for almost 16 years in various finance, strategic-planning, administration and operations positions including EVP and CFO. He was also instrumental in Saks’ sale to Hudson’s Bay Company in 2013.

Prior to Saks, Wills served as VP and Controller for Tennessee Valley Authority. He joins Coach from AlixPartners LLP, where he served as Managing Director and CFO.

Resnick, who served as Interim CFO, will resume her role as Global Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Coach.

In November, Coach reported an increase in net sales and net income that were lower than expected and missed its estimates. The company was also recently rumored to merge with Burberry, but the British fashion company dispelled the rumors in December.
