The label’s Chiltern style has been reinterpreted in a new ‘Smog Blue’ colour -Mr. Bag’s favourite tonality - and will launch in a limited edition run of 300 bags via the influencer’s own WeChat mini programme ‘Baoshop’.

A luxury accessories connoisseur, Tao Liang or ‘Mr.Bags’ has helped western brands sell hundreds of dollars worth of designer handbags by promoting them on his blog and social media channels. He has previously partnered with Longchamp, Givenchy, Tod’s and Montblanc.

Last year, he reportedly helped sell 300 Tod’s bags priced at about $1,620 each within six minutes on his ‘Baoshop’, generating sales of half a million dollars.

The Dunhill collaboration will launch on 4 March ahead of White Day, East Asia’s answer to Valentine’s Day which takes place on 14 March. The limited edition bag will be sold in specially designed white packaging to celebrate the occasion.

The limited-edition Chiltern backpack will also be available, alongside the new Cadogan in silver grey and cornflower blue on Dunhill’s We Chat weboutique and in store at Beijing SKP and Shanghai IFC from the 6 March.
