The JD Sports store will sell brands including Nike, adidas, North Face, Puma and New Balance, and will also have an e-kiosk from which customers can search and order from JD Sports entire stock. British makeup brand 3INA is also opening at Kista Galleria this autumn. It will be one of the brand’s first stores in the Nordic countries, and measure 100 sqm.

“JD Sports has a broad and attractive selection of sport shoes and street fashion that fits Kista Galleria’s target group very well. As a big shopping centre it’s important for us to offer international brands, and that’s why it feels especially fun that this is JD Sports’s second Swedish store. JD Sports has an amazing store concept that will get the best location on the Modeboulevard,” says Kista Galleria owner Citycon’s Magnus Åkesson.

Kista Galleria is one of the largest shopping centres in Sweden and has 19m visitors every year.

JD Sports looks to be expanding, and it was recently revealed that the retailer is exploring a potential acquisition of rival chain Go Outdoors. This would make it the biggest sports retailer in the UK.
