Dutch footwear retailer vanHaren is set to open a 680 m2 shop, which will be divided over two floors. It will offer shoes and accessories for men, women and children as well as sports collections.

The new shopping destination will also be home to Dutch textile retailer Zeeman. The shop will carry collections ranging from clothing for men, women, children and newborns, to home accessories such as tea towels. Zeeman will open its doors in the Spring of 2018 at the Luxembourg Promenade.

Casanova Milano also plans to land at Leidsche Rijn Centrum. The shop will be the second for the menswear retailer, which currently operates a store in the city centre of Utrecht in addition to a web shop.

The Parijsboulevard will be home to womenswear chain Lotus, which will open its doors in May, and Avec Bel’Ghir, a luxury fashion store. Avec Bel’Ghir will carry brands such as Brooksfield and Dolce & Gabbana and focuses on women’s collections.

In 2017 Leidsche Rijn Centrum announced that retailers, including C&A, Hema, Rituals, Only, Mango, Esprit, Van Uffelen and H&M will also be part of its store portfolio. At the moment more than 80% of the forthcoming living, retail and entertainment space is leased. The new district is set to be completed in May 2018.
