Located at 340 Baychester Avenue, the new retail destination is part of Nike's Unite concept stores, which offer sportswear, as well as a destination for community. In particular, Unite stores “aim to promote the importance of exercise while celebrating local sports heroes and giving more kids the opportunity to exercise so they can live happier, healthier lives”.

The North Bronx location will house styles for the community for all ages and genders. It opens with fleece hoodies for men, women and kids, as well as women’s basics like the Tempo Running shorts, Indy Bras, Nike Pro collection and much more. The store will also showcase footwear for performance and lifestyle like the Air Force 1 '07 High and Air Force 1 '07 SE for adults, in addition to Force 1 LV8 for kids.

The store opens with family-friendly programming including with local DJs, food trucks and a special Pop-a-Shot setup for clients to practice their jump shot.

Lastly, as part of its community mission, Nike Unite has partnered with community organizations to give away 650 Back to School kits, including Global Kids, Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School, WHEDco, America on Tech and New Settlement.

The concept store joins several other Nike Unite retail locations including in Florida, New Jersey, Maryland and more. Nike also offers other retail concepts including Nike House of Innovation, Nike Rise, and Nike Live.
