Women’s fashion brand Nobody’s Child has opened a pop-up store on London’s Carnaby Street. The ethical brand will trade in the Shaftesbury-owned property until January.

The 1,300 sq ft new store features the brand’s complete spring/summer collection, including dresses, loungewear, and swimwear.

The store will also feature a curated collection of independent labels, including Every Nook, Ammé, and LØCI, with these small, independent labels "consciously chosen by Nobody’s Child to reflect its responsible ethos”, the retailer noted. The offer also includes footwear, candles, and jewellery.

The store itself is designed with “serene and calming colours” to complement the collection. It includes a balance of pastel and rich terracotta tones to “provide a direct link with nature”.  It noted the concept of the interior is ‘fashioned from nature’, featuring recycled or FSC-certified credentials.

With “responsibility" at the forefront of Nobody’s Child’s mission, 90% of the collection is produced from conscious fabrics. Even the Odenwald, Germany-produced hangers are curated from meadow grass native to the region.

Nobody’s Child has also opted for simplistic packaging to reduce waste with no tissue paper and bag stickers made from recycled coffee cups.

Jody Plows, CEO of Nobody’s Child, said: “It’s important for us as a growing business to invite our new and loyal customers to view our summer collection in person and experience the quality and beauty of the products we create”.

Meanwhile, the brand has also entered the childrenswear space, creating a nine-piece range of dresses and jumpsuits available in sizing from ages 3-4 years up to 11-12 years.

The range will be available at the new store and on the Nobody's Child website while also launching on the Marks & Spencer, Next and Very websites.
