International jewellery show Bijorhca will open its doors on Friday September 3 at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre in Paris. The event's autumn edition, the first since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, will be staged under the aegis of new organiser WSN, that also runs the Who's Next trade show, which will be held at the same time and in the same venue as Bijorhca.

The latest edition of Bijorhca will be staged in the Parisian exhibition centre’s hall 6, and will host about 100 jewellery brands, including regulars like Taratata, Philippe Ferrandis and Satellite, and a dozen or so new names, among them Lesche and Kereban. In addition to jewellery brands, Bijorhca will showcase a number of industry subcontractors like Pak Emballages, specialised in customised packaging, and S.N.B.P Clémentine, an artisanal family company making brass rings.

The event will feature the same segmentation as before - from creative brands in the ‘Fashion’ section to emerging ones in ‘Trends’, silver products and fine jewellery in ‘Précieux’, and gems and jewellery technology in ‘Elements’ - as well as a conference programme. The latter is focused on the jewellery industry’s current issues, among them ‘how to relaunch one’s export business’.

The French Gemmology Laboratory and the Advanced School of Jewellery will present their educational programmes.
