Polish fashion retailer Reserved is reportedly moving its London flagship store further up Oxford Street to another flagship property owned by major West End landlord GPE.

It’s taken space in the mixed-use scheme at 70-88 Oxford Street, which is directly opposite the Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth Line station.

The move will see it vacating its current home at 252-258 Oxford Street. It’s been in part of the former BHS flagship since it first launched into the UK in 2017.

Property Week said the new space covers around 23,000 sq ft and that the UK government’s commitment to business rates change “is believed to have helped push the deal over the line”.

Reserved is owed by Polish fashion retail giant LPP, which also owns the giant Sinsay brand. It hasn’t increased its store numbers in Britain since its arrival there. But in announcing its latest results last month, it said it was gearing up for expansion in Italy, Greece and the UK.

It’s to make a Milan debut next year after its Italy entry this year, as well as debuting in Greece with physical stores. It also said it was looking at brand expansion in London with more stores due in shopping centres.

Property Week said that neither LPP nor GPE have confirmed the flagship move.
