The Kooples and Puma have teamed up again. After a first collaboration in 2017 based on the Clyde sneaker model, the two brands are back with a comprehensive 30-item collection for men and women. The new sportswear and accessories line is available from March 25 at 90 The Kooples and The Kooples Sport stores in France, elsewhere in Europe and the USA, as well as on the two brands’ e-shops.

Sportswear aficionados will have a choice of silvery tracksuits, sequinned crop tops, vintage-style sneakers and zipped jackets, all of them heavily decorated with the two brands’ logos, heralding their joint effort in no uncertain terms. The products are priced between €45 and €265.

For Puma, which grew in double-digits in 2018 (up 17.6% over the previous year), recording sales of over €4.6 billion, the collaboration is a further chance to express its fashion ambitions. Last October, Puma worked with Karl Lagerfeld, creating a 13-item mini line.

The line also features menswear - Roos van Rij

Parisian label The Kooples, owned by the Elicha brothers and the LBO France investment fund, recently entered into negotiations for an exclusive take-over by Swiss group Maus Frères, currently the owner of Lacoste, Gant and Aigle. Last year, the label founded in 2008 reported a revenue of €227 million.
