Customers who would like to use the personal shopping service are able to register online. They will then receive a phone call from the WE box style advisor to discuss personal preferences. Depending on the customer’s needs, the box is available as a complete box consisting of 16 pieces that will make up two to three outfits including accessories. Customers can also opt for a box with individual pieces such as t-shirts, sweaters or trousers.

The box is available in EU sizes XS-XXL; jeans sizes W28 -W38 and L32-L36; and suit sizes 42-56. Furthermore, WE fashion said that the box is not a subscription service, so customers are able to determine when they would like to receive a box. WE Fashion is partnering with German parcel company DHL on the delivery of the boxes.

With the introduction of the WE box, the Dutch retailer is the latest retailer to offer customers a personal shopping service. Other retailers that offer a similar service in the Netherlands include Zalando’s Zalon; Outfittery; de Bijenkorf’s personal styling service; The Cloakroom; suit retailer Oger’s personal advisory service; and WE partner House of Einstein.
