The Liverpool One mall goes from strength to strength. The Grosvenor operated shopping centre at the heart of the city has signed The Vintage Store, with the retailer opening its biggest UK store to date.
Grosvenor has delivered a significant improvement in its financial performance in the latest year. The group owns vast tracts of land in key area like London’s Mayfair, as well as the Liverpool One mall.
Landlord Grosvenor has launched an interesting project, unveiling “an innovation challenge seeking to find new technologies and partners that are putting customer experience at the heart of bricks and mortar retail”.
Bershka has opened a store at Liverpool One, marking the Inditex-owned fashion brand’s regional debut. Spanning 8,000 sq ft on South John Street, the space houses the brand’s three main lines, Bershka, BSK and Man.
A double plus for Liverpool One. The city’s major mall, co-owned by Grosvenor, has signed a replacement to fill the former Debenhams space while also ticking the now-essential ‘experiences’ box for shopping centres.
