Digital fashion retailer Sosandar has appointed former Superdry exec Jon Wragg an independent non-executive director. He joins “with a track record of driving growth in consumer businesses through digital channels”.
Sosandar has seen another record year with the 12 months that ended in March seeing revenue up 138% year-on-year and every month during the second half being EBITDA-positive. The new year has started strongly too.
Womenswear e-tailer Sosandar has turned in yet another record-breaking set of figures with the company saying on Thursday that Q3 — the three months to the end of December — saw revenue up 122% year-on-year.
Womenswear e-tailer Sosandar’s H1 results on Tuesday showed the business continues to thrive. It has enjoyed strong SS21 and autumn trading and has even seen its “first EBITDA-positive months” in October and November.
Sosandar is continuing on its long march towards profitability with the online womenswear retailer saying on Tuesday that its latest year saw strong revenue growth and a substantial reduction in EBITDA losses.
Sosandar has a new head of finance. The online women's fashion retailer has promoted Steve Dilks to chief financial officer with immediate effect. He joined Sosandar last September as finance director.
